Famous for fighting gout and improving sleep, here’s another new use of tart cherries.
A 3 month double-blind, placebo controlled study has found that 30 ml of Montmorency tart cherry concentrate mixed in 240ml of water not only significantly improves sleep duration, it also significantly improves attention, psychomotor speed, mental fatigue and mood.
That means that supplementing tart cherry can improve cognition and fight fatigue.
